This is an example template for use when creating a new page for your blog. Wherever you see green text below, you need to replace it with your blog's details.

First of all, create the page by going to Blogs/YourBlogName. Don't use any spaces in the blog's name, and start each word with a capital letter. Then click the "Edit" button.

Then, just copy the red code below and paste it into your new page, replacing the green bits as appropriate.

'*[[Your blog's address]]*'

[-Categories:-]
* [-[[!A category to put your blog into]]-]
* [-[[!Another category]]-]
* [-[[!You can have]]-]
* [-[[!as many categories]]-]
* [-[[!as you like]]-]

Your description of your blog

(NB: Don't remove the exclamation marks at the start of each category name. They are important.)

That should get you started.

By the way, if one of the categories you use doesn't already exist, do please go to that category's page and put in a brief description. For instance, if you put a blog in the category "Wombats" using the code [[!Wombats]], click on the "Wombats" link on your page, which will take you to Category/Wombats. If it says "Describe Wombats here" at the top of the page, that means you're the first to use this category. When you're done revelling in your pioneeringness, click the Edit button and add a few words, even if it's just the tiniest of notes. Otherwise, your new category won't appear in the categories' directory. And that would be awful.
